TRUE EDUCATION!

Ths Sathya Sai Arts and science college for women at Ananthapur came into existence on July 22nd 1968! The sathya Sai Arts and Science college at Whitfield, Bangalore came into existence on 9th June 1969! The Sathya Sai college at Prashanthi Nilayam came into existence in the year 1978! The Sathya Sai University started in the year 1981! Right from the establishment of the first of the colleges by Bhaghwan Sri Sathya Sai Baba in the year 1968, He has been giving FREE EDUCATION to all the students which means there is no tuition fee, no lab fee, no library fee, no examination fee, no kind of fee at all! Moreover, discipline is the medium of instruction!
People always feel that what comes free is always of poor quality! My teachers are some of the best! They are well read, totally committed, extremely articulate and highly qualified!
We are steeped in values like humility, truth, peace and love! Service is a way of life here! The transformation that we undergo here is phenomenal! It is 21 years since I have completed my Education in Sathya Sai University and what guides me in my life still are the teachings of our divine Chancellor Sathya Sai! Today there are people who think I am dynamic, confident, helpful, intelligent, dependable, fair in my approach! I owe it to my Master Sathya Sai! I am just one among the thousands of students who have passed out of this University and they all have similar stories to narrate to those who have no idea about the Sai education!

    All those who have benefited from Sai Institutions owe it Him to publicise the priceless values they carry and silence the ignorant mindless people who have no idea what they are ranting and raving about

    Akka, there was a news item on June 28th in which one of the members participating in the discussion said that Swami became panicky after 1990 as there was so much of negative news coverage about Him and so He began His service projects! People don't even have their facts straight before they make accusations! These are people who do not know anything about the sai system as they havent been a part of it! They are obsessed about the money little knowing that swami has considered His students as His only wealth!What He has done to generations of students is not known to some people! The Sai education is something which has roused the interests of UN too! They have tried to emulate it in many places as that is the need of the hour! People need to learn to focus on how to construct the society instead of making all out efforts to destroy!

I was enjoying speeding in my Alto oblivious to everything else other than the exhilarating feeling of watching the road ahead and the beautiful site of the winding roads hugging sometimes paddy fields and sometimes Mango groves! The Earthen Pot

I went to a Flea Market a bit unwillingly but then when nephews call to spend time with you, you hardly have a choice. I was supposed to meet them a little early for a Sunday morning but I reached in time. I called one of my nephews only to realize he hadn’t even started from home. He suggested that I go in and look around. I hesitated to take up his suggestion but the greed for materialistic possessions took over good sense and there I was just picking up whatever took my fansy! I infact had no cash with me and so installed PAYTM and paid! Nothing seemed to be a hindrance or a challenge! One prized possession amidst all the junk was a beautiful earthen pot and it had a nice glazed finish to it! I was informed that I could place it on a gas stove too for cooking! I picked it up thinking I had got it at a throw away price!
